10 x KettleBell Swings – 35lbs

30 second Wall Sit
30 second Planks
10 x Mountain Climbers
10 x Jumping Jacks

Repeat 4 times

200 x Jump Rope

1 minute 45lbs weight hold above head

Rest 30 seconds and repeat 4 times
