27 – Spring is here, so lets getting ready to run with Shoes

26 – Vegan way… Is it the wrong way or the right way?

On this weeks Podcast Tim gives an update about the challenge he is on to get down to 200 pounds. We also talk about how reach those goals can really be easy with a couple of easy life changes. We then go into talking about how Subway has come out with new Vegan meals. That in turn went into talking about if Veganism is really healthy for you. Plus we have Joe in the studio with us. Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Mixed Vegetables, Angus Stewing Beef, over Spaghetti Sauce
Dinner: Boneless Pork Chop, Steamed Broccoli


Day 31 – The Food Challenge is over, but I still have a long ways to go. I have personally reached 25% of my total goal from the start of September.  If I keep at the pace I am, and working just that much harder I feel I can be complete my goal by September 2015.  Total weight lose for this challenge was 22.4 lbs. I hope to never see those 22.4 pounds again.  I want to thank everyone for the support and the encouragement. I love every single one of you!  If you have any questions let me know.
