Day 8 – 1 week on the food challenge and it is going great! Wednesdays are always a tough one for me because I have church at night right after work so trying to get something to eat healthy, plus keep up with my walking goals. I have been losing around 1 pound a day so that makes me very happy! Thank you again for the support from everyone! People say they see a change so that is awesome.

Lunch: Leftover Lean Steak Bits with Mixed Vegetables

Dinner: 2 chicken thighs, cooked mushrooms and onions

Day 9 – Thursday was busy one with it being my day off. Woke up and went right to the gym for a while, then home to get some paperwork out of the way. When I am out of my routine I forget stuff, and I forgot breakfast today. Then went and ran some errands, came home and mowed the lawn, and finished off the day going over to Thomas and Sarah’s house to help them with stuff (love hanging with these two). Somewhere in all the fun I found time for lunch and dinner and over 20,000 walking steps! Great day!
I am very proud of how well your doing on the challenge. I know must feel great to see results. I am excited to start on Monday
