Elliptical 6 minutes (30/30)




Set 2

12 Minute (As Many Reps As Possible)

5 Push Ups
5 Step Ups
5 Hanging Knee Raises
5 10lbs Medicine Ball Lunges

I was able to get though 6.25 Sets in the 12 minutes




Set 3

Elliptical 1 mile (10:17)
