Day 6 – Yesterdays weather was awesome! Fall really is the best time of the year. Losing 9 pounds since day 1 makes it a little sweeter. The food is going great, and the walking just keeps getting better. Hit the gym up last night and worked out, then me and boys worked up a podcast. Another great day!
