Breakfast: Bacon
Snack: 
Lunch: Skinless Chicken Thighs, Mushrooms and Onions, 6 slices of Turkey Breast
Snack: 
Dinner: Lean Steak Bits with Mixed Vegetables
Snack: Natural Almonds

Notes:

Day 7 – A rainy day, does not keep me down, got all of steps in plus more. Food Challenge is going awesome I am so happy with the progress I am see and getting closer to my first goal! I can’t thank everyone for all the support you have been giving… Thank you!
