DAY 16 OF 31 DAY FOOD CHALLENGE

Day 16 – What a difference one day can make. I did over 30,000 steps and passed the 250 mile mark from the time I started with fitbit 6 weeks ago. I feel really great, but have found it does take a lot of time (not a bad thing but have to juggle more) I am happy with how everything is going.
