DAY 4 OF 31 DAY FOOD CHALLENGE

Food

Breakfast: bacon
Snack:
Lunch: Turkey and Bacon Salad
Snack: 3 slices of Turkey
Dinner: 2 small chicken breast, green peas, and salad

Notes:

Day 4 – Was a busy day with work, then mowing (push mow the entire yard) and cleaning up around the house getting ready for fall. I am already been feeling a lot better with more energy. Some of this is to do with my diet, but I really feel a lot of it has to do with all the walking I have been doing. Encouragement has been great from everyone, thank you for it all. On to day 5!
