DAY 25 OF 31 DAY FOOD CHALLENGE – Cheat Day

FOOD

Breakfast: 
Snack: Pumpkin Seeds
Lunch: 6″ Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Sub from Subway
Snack: 
Dinner: Nacho with cheese and steamer / Pork and Sauerkraut
Snack: 2 Glasses of White Wine

Notes:

Day 25 – Parade Day in Hagerstown, and Halloween party afterwards, made this my last cheat day of the challenge. Remember the challenge is a life style, and as in life you need to have fun. It is okay to have a cheat day just don’t crazy, and have fun!!

DAY 24 OF 31 DAY FOOD CHALLENGE – Cheat Day

Breakfast: Pistachio and Almonds mix
Snack: Pumpkin Seeds
Lunch: Sausage Onions and Peppers
Snack: 
Dinner: Apache Sweat Lodge Burger – Fire Roasted Green Chilies, Pepperjack Cheese, Smoked Onions, XXX Sauce (Spicy) on a Beef Patty | Sweet Potato Fries | 12 oz Miller Light
Snack: Glass of White Wine

Notes:

Day 24 – Food was great and kept it under control, did not gain any weight so that is a win win for me.  What an awesome day in DC with even better friends. We had so much fun I can’t wait to go back and have more fun with Sarah and Thomas.
