Breakfast: 
Snack: Pistachio Blend-pistachios, Peanuts, Almonds, Cashew
Lunch: Steak onions and mushrooms
Snack: 
Dinner: Chicken Breast, Turkey Sausage, and Asparagus
Snack: Smoked Turkey Breast

Notes:

Day 27 – It was a long day, with very little exercise, food is still on track and have lost another 1.8 lbs. Total weight loss is 36.2 lbs.
