DAY 3 OF 31 DAY FOOD CHALLENGE

Breakfast: bacon
Snack:
Lunch: leftover paleo chili (even better the second time)
Snack:
Dinner: 8 oz. Sirloin Steak with Spinach and Mushrooms

Notes:

Day 3 – Still feeling great, but it is funny foods that I would never eat normally look so good to me. I think it is a mental thing just because I know I cannot have them. As you can see I am not much of a snacker never have been. Fitbit has been helping and I am already seeing the pounds lost on day 3.  Feeling great now going for the looking great.

Day 2 of 31 Day Food Challenge

Lunch: salad with shredded chicken breast

Dinner: paleo chili (yum)

Notes:

Day 2 was a busy day… First I hit the gym then went home and did some stuff around the house. In the afternoon I had a Cross County Meet to help with (Go Smithsburg).  With all the walking I did and the clean eating I felt really good at the end of the day.  On to Day 3
