Day 2 of 31 Day Food Challenge

Food

Breakfast: bacon
Snack:
Lunch: salad with shredded chicken breast
Snack:
Dinner: paleo chili (yum)

Notes:

Day 2 was a busy day… First I hit the gym then went home and did some stuff around the house. In the afternoon I had a Cross County Meet to help with (Go Smithsburg).  With all the walking I did and the clean eating I felt really good at the end of the day.  On to Day 3
