Treadmill 7 minutes

Elliptical 15 minutes

 


Bench Press (10/5/5/5/5/5/3) (95lbs, 115lbs, 125lbs, 135lbs, 145lbs, 150lbs, 155lbs)

 


Notes:

 

Very light workout this morning, I was not feeling very well, plus my anckel was not feeling good so I took it easy on it today.  I did PR on the Bench Press with 155lbs that is up 10lbs from last week so I am happy with that.  I will be going back into the gym tonight after work to do it all over again and put a harder workout in.  I also find it very dificult to stay focused when Dan or Thomas are not there to keep pushing me.  More to come after tonight workout…
