Breakfast: No breakfast as I was running late for work after my walk. Need to wake up earlier
Snack: 
Lunch: Leftover Sirloin Steak, Sauerkraut, and Mixed Vegetables

Dinner: Leftover Sirloin Steak

Day 13 – What a busy day… Woke up late, but still got a 2 mile morning walk in. Then in the evening had a church meeting so was not able to get to the gym or stick with the routine so cleaned the fridge out of leftovers.  All Paleo though
